I’m a registered RYT-200 yoga teacher, self-care astrologer, and writer. Throughout my own journey of self-discovery and healing, which has been far from linear and is far from over (the journey is, after all, the destination) I’ve learned that the answers I spent so much of my life chasing were never out there. They’re within me. And I found them when I finally slowed down enough to listen. Now, I help others do the same.
